| HISTORY | ||
A young girl loved and sheltered by loving parents in a well to do part of town. One day the young girl and her parents go to an art museum. To see a special about a man called Guertena who created many fantastical pieces of art. The day turns out not to be just a day out as the young girl finds herself all alone within the museum. Then something tells her to go down and before her is one of the paintings that isn't on a wall but on the floor, of a deep dark ocean with something swimming in the shadows. Jumping in, instead of landing on paint the young girl is suddenly in a place that is and isn't like the museum. Paintings that move, and many things trying to hurt her, and through it all is a red, red rose that hurts when she is hurt and is hurts her when it is hurt. She is still all alone. Then there is the man who has a blue, so blue rose that the little girl had to save from a woman in a painting that was hurting it. Then she's not all alone as she and the man that she feels safe with look and solve and run away from so many things within the museum. The man makes her feel safe, and being not so alone the little girl is even more curious of the place they are in. Especially, as the man promises her that she will go home and see her parents once again, and the little girl trusts him completely. Then a girl with hair as yellow as the rose in her hand appears and two is now three. The three search and wander, all vowing to get out together, but something is off with the girl of yellow. Something that is ignored along with the odd questions the girl of yellow asks the young girl. Then the man is separated from the two girls and the two girls wander one way while he wonders another. Stumbling and figuring out tricks and puzzles that help one another towards meeting up again. However, along the way the man finds a book that talks about the many paintings that the man whose art created this world had made. One painting was that of a girl a girl of yellow hair. Finding this out the man talks to himself in shock of this realization that one of the girls he had been protecting may not even be real. Never realizing one of the paintings in the room is listening ever so carefully to what he is saying and another is telling the secret he has found where the girl in yellow can hear. The girl in yellow does not take this well and when the young girl tries to leave after the girl in yellow runs away...well, the girl in yellow takes this as a sign that the young girl is going to leave her behind and decides to try and stop the young girl from running away. Even if the young girl has to die, that's okay the girl of yellow thinks. Since that means the young girl can never leave her alone again. The young girl tries to flee but the girl of yellow does not stop, until the man appears and sends the girl of yellow to the ground. The trio once more a duo flee away from the painting girl, going farther and farther into this world of paint and sculptors until it becomes a world of crayon. There the two look and hide as the painting girls chases them once again to stop them from leaving without her. Finally when the two are trapped by a dark and deep fall the painting girl finds them and throws them down into the dark of her toy box. The two do not let this stop them as they find one another find a way out of the dark and dangerous box, coming across a staircase covered in yellow rose vines the man uses his lighter to see if this is the way that will lead them home. Instead the two find a room almost like a little girl's room, only instead of a bed is a broken portrait frame as if what was once held inside had broken free. The painting girl soon arrives and becomes angry for they have found her room and she does not want them to stay. Seeing no other way, and hoping to keep the young girl safe the man sets alight the broken portrait and so too the painting girl goes up in flames. Such a sad end for a painted child that wanted to be real, but the little girl and the man still must find their way out. So with a tying of a handkerchief from the little girl on a man's cut hand the two prepare to once more begin the search to find a way home... |

| PERSONALITY | ||
Ib is a good little girl, polite and kind. Following the lessons of Mother and Father, she is a sheltered girl; naive of many things wrong with the world and a little lonely protected away from such things. She is a brave girl who walks through a cruel painted maze without ever once complaining, and always going forward; fearless in good and bad ways as she braves the painted world and all the tricks it has to offer. She is a clever girl as she solves puzzles and riddles to find a way out, and kind...oh so kind. Making fast and strong of a friendship with the man called Garry who repays her kind attention by protecting her as much as he can. Which makes her love him even more, in the way only children can, purely and freely. She is a little girl, she becomes sad and frighten and can't hide such all the time. She wants to go home and see all the familiar things again. |

| SKILLS/ABILITIES | ||
There is a red rose that only ever grows five petals, though it loses and gains those petals back, all but one that is. Because, if that last petal falls the flower dies, and with it the heart of a little girl it represents. Healing with water, but leaving wounds when petals fall. A blessing or a curse, or perhaps both. Either way Ib's life is connected to the life of a flower. Keep it safe is the only hope. |

| Misc. Notes | |
Ib is a nine year old girl, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Even with everything she went through in the world inside the painting she's still just a typical young girl who got pulled into things she shouldn't have. The only stand out thing one should know about that isn't typical young girl involves the bright red, five petaled, rose that she will always constantly be carrying with her. In canon Ib's life is measured by said flower and in actual canon context if anything harms said rose it will actually cause wounds and actual pain to her, even going so far as to cause her death if all of the petals on her rose were to wilt or be ripped off. The only way to heal such in canon is to place said rose in clear water. This won't reverse death, but it can bring her back from the brink of death, so long as one petal remains alive on her flower. This means that Ib is going to be very protective of said rose and it will take a lot of trust for her to let anyone else touch it, let alone hold it. Due to the magical nature of said rose, those that are sensitive to such can tell it is magical and even how it connects to her. | |
